Ingredients
20 Town House Oven Baked Pita Crackers (triangle shaped)
20 Chicken in a Biskit Crackers
Sharp Cheddar Cheese Block, 32 oz.
Whipped Cream Cheese
Directions
  1. Use 1 pita cracker (shaped like a triangle) to measure your cheese block. Cut the cheese where the tip of the cracker ends - this will determine the length of your "pie."
  2. Flip the cheese block so the narrow side faces up. Use 1 Chicken in a Biskit cracker to measure the width, trimming off any excess. 
  3. Flip the cheese back over and using the pita cracker as a guide, cut the cheese into triangle slices. 
  4. Spread a small amount of cream cheese on each pita cracker and Chicken in a Biskit. Place a cheese triangle on top of the pita cracker and the Chicken in a Biskit behind it to form your "pie slice."  
  5. Finish with a tiny dollop of cream cheese on top to look like whipped cream. 
  6. Enjoy!
